Churches can begin making requests for 2027 camp
dates at 5:15pm on August 28. Group leaders should
complete the form below to submit their requests
for camp dates.
Dates will be secured by early-mid September and
leaders will receive an email from Ava Whitehead
with their church's camp dates.

Chaperones
For all campers, the required chaperone ratio is a
minimum of 1 adult per 3 campers and a maximum
of 1 adult per 5 campers.
All student camp chaperones must be at least 21.
All children’s camp chaperones must be at least 18.

Deadlines
January 15: A non-refundable deposit of $75 per
person is required for all reservations and must be
received on or before January 15.
April 15: Any individual dropped from a
reservation after April 15 will incur an additional
$50 per person drop fee, plus the loss of the full
deposit.
May 15: The final balance and all required camper
information must be submitted by May 15
